This will be a privately owned and funded educational facility providing recreation and research opportunities for the community. In addition to educational space, there will be year round exhibitions, a gift shop, coffee shop, and rental space for conferences and receptions. The Buildings were designed and located based on a schematic study plan provided by the Owner. Architectural design and construction materials selection is based on local industrial history and vernacular building forms.
